This paper gives a calculation of the distribution of electrostatic fields within the conductor of various shapes which are placed in varying magnetic fields, and it is proved, therefore, that the concept of potential and difference of potential are still applicable to these conductors. 本文计算了位于变化磁场中的各种形状的导体内部的静电场分布,从而证明了电位和电位差的概念仍可适用于这类导体中。
Inhomogeneous samples prepared by magnetic sputtering were investigated using scanning Kelvin probe microscopy ( SKPM), and much of local information, such as surface morphology and surface electrical potential difference induced by inhomogeneous composition distribution has been obtained. 本文用扫描开尔文探针显微镜(SKPM)在具有相分离结构的磁控溅射铜铅合金样品上进行测量分析,得到了合金薄膜的表面形貌和与微观组份分布相关的表面电势差信息。
